Social Care & Wellness
KMHHU offers family counselling, peer support groups, caregiver training, and wellness activities that strengthen relationships and promote community connectedness. These efforts help individuals build trust, share experiences, and heal together

The Problem
Isolation, family conflict, and weak social support systems worsen mental health challenges, leaving many without the emotional resources they need to heal. Vulnerable individuals, particularly caregivers and those with chronic conditions, often lack access to safe spaces for sharing experiences and building trust. In many communities, stigma and cultural barriers discourage open conversations about personal struggles, leading to loneliness, poor mental wellbeing, and a lack of collective solutions that strengthen families and communities. This deepens the cycle of disconnection and distress
Our Approach
KMHHU builds supportive networks through family counselling, peer support groups, and wellness activities. We create safe spaces where individuals can share openly, learn coping strategies, and build trust with others. Our programs strengthen family bonds, encourage mutual care, and reduce isolation. By fostering community connections and promoting holistic wellness, we help individuals develop resilience, improve relationships, and enhance their overall quality of life. These initiatives not only address immediate mental health needs but also build stronger, more cohesive communities over time.
